
Having won Division 3 East of the Cornwall Cricket League in 2025 Menheniot-Looe CC 1st XI have been promoted to Division 2 for the 2026 season. Made up of a mix of youth and experience, the 1st XI will always look to play aggressively and positively, now under the guidance of captain Steve Kidd.
Having unfortunately been relegated form Division 4 East of the Cornwall Cricket League in 2025 our 2nd XI will battle it out in Division 5 in the 2026 season. While still competitive, our 2nd XI provides a more social team for the seasoned veteran or budding player, now under the guidance of former captain Marc Wright.
The team for those beginning their cricketing journey, returning to the game, or looking for a social time, our 3rd XI remains in Division 7 East of the Cornwall Cricket League For the 2026 season under captain James Palmer.

Menheniot-Looe CC regularly plays in T20 cup competitions including the Issac Foot Cup and Rosevear Cup.
In 2025 MLCC lost the Issac Foot Semi-Final vs Callington CC by 12 runs.
MLCC made the 2025 Rosevear Cup final, beating St Blazey by 54 runs in the Semi-Final, before narrowly losing to South Petherwin by 2 runs in the final. Menheniot-Looe Overseas player Findlay Farrell was Player of the Match for his outstanding contributions with the bat of 61 in the Semi-final and 79 in the final.
In 2026 Menheniot-Looe Cricket Club has entered 2 teams into the Issac Cup and expects to enter a team into the Hawkey cup.

Menheniot-Looe CC endeavours to play several friendly fixtures each season with both midweek T20 friendlies and Sunday friendlies in the calendar.
We also hold our very popular ‘Sixes’ cricket day every year, with a wide array of teams playing this fun style of cricket.
